Jigsaw daytradr & Tradovate error message

I have been using Jigsaw daytradr for several years, always connecting through my Tradovate account. Today I received the following error message when attempting to connect Jigsaw daytradr to Tradovate - "Something went wrong. We cannot finish the authorization process. The app is not registered"

Anybody have any suggestions on whats causing this?
