Jigsaw charts not loading below 4H timeframe

Hi everyone, has anyone experienced this issue with Jigsaw Trading charting?

I can only view the 4-hour chart and higher. When I switch to 1, 5, 15, or 30-minute charts, the chart doesn’t load or work properly.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Deleted log files and cache
• Uninstalled and reinstalled both versions
• Verified Rithmic works on other platforms (Tradesea, R Trader Pro, EdgeProX — all working fine)
• Created a new workspace
