Chart/Foot print Not Working

Hi I want to use the chart and foot print chart in jigsaw how ever when I click on it on the Jigsaw menu there is no connection. I am using JT connection for ninja trader, and the depth and sales, action vista and time and sales are working fine. I do have live trade license and I am paying extra for level 2 data and to trade using dom in ninjatrader. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes - unfortunately, Jigsaw charts and Jigsaw Footprints do *not work when bridged to NT8. My guess is it's to save on memory usage. With the assumption that you can use the NT8 charts and NT8 Footprints. (Although you’d have to pay extra for Footprint charts in NT8 - and from what I’ve seen, they aren’t nearly as good as the Jigsaw Footprints).
