Delta Reading Reset option on Depth and Sales window?

Is there any way to automatically update the DELTA Reading (highlighted in Black Box: see screenshot attached below) at the top of the "Ask Profile Column", for every 30 minute intervals starting from 9:30 am NY Time RTH Open and resetting at 10:00, 10:30,..so on respectively ?
