I have a big problem. I trade with a prop firm using the Tradovate feed. I can connect to Jigsaw perfectly with my Tradovate codes. The order book works fine, except that I can't place a trade. I don't even see the bid and ask prices, and my account number doesn't appear. Can anyone help me?
